1.Definitions

4.Account Registration

5.Account Security

6.Deposits & Payments

All deposits to master777 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). master777 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. Payment method availability may change and master777 reserves the right to add or remove payment options at its discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Deposit limits may be set by the Player through their account's responsible gaming settings.

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to the player's master777 account in real time upon successful completion of the payment transaction. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon clearance by the relevant financial institution. master777 bears no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

All deposited funds must originate from an account or e-wallet registered in the name of the master777 account holder. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited. master777 reserves the right to return funds and close accounts where third-party deposit activity is detected.

7.Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for funds representing real-money winnings from completed wagering activity or unplayed deposited funds. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until applicable rollover requirements have been fully satisfied.

• The Player must have completed KYC identity verification prior to any withdrawal being processed;
• Withdrawal requests must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold of ₱100;

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within three (3) to fifteen (15) minutes of request submission. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within fifteen (15) to forty-five (45) minutes during standard banking hours. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

Standard withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. VIP-tier accounts may be subject to higher withdrawal limits as specified in their tier benefits. master777 reserves the right to apply additional withdrawal scrutiny in line with its AML and KYC obligations at any time.

8.Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published at the time of the offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be played through using eligible games before a withdrawal request will be approved.

master777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim introductory offers more than once; systematically wagering on low-risk outcomes to satisfy rollover requirements with minimal financial exposure; collusion with other players to exploit promotional structures; and any other activity that master777 determines constitutes an attempt to exploit its promotional programs in bad faith.

Where bonus abuse is identified, master777 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the account pending investigation, and permanently close the account with forfeiture of any remaining balance.

All bonuses are subject to expiry periods as stated in the applicable offer terms. Unused bonus funds will be removed from an account upon expiry without compensation to the Player.

9.Gaming Rules

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game — including server errors, disconnections, or software faults — master777 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the applicable wager amount to the Player's account. Under no circumstances shall master777 be liable for winnings claimed as a result of a malfunction. The principle of "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all game categories.

10.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the master777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

11.Account Suspension & Closure

master777 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any player account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) KYC verification is pending or has produced inconsistent results; (c) we are required to do so by law, regulation, or regulatory instruction; or (d) we identify unusual activity that warrants investigation.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC completion.
